Dugan Silas Eckstein:
Born in Payson, Arizona. Grew up, enlisted, served, married me.
Interests include writing, computer gaming, sipping coffee, movie nights. Man of many faces.
Reasons why I like him so much:
He drives slow
He wakes up early
His taste in music.
What can I say, I like his personality too.
Hayley (Josephine) Eckstein:

Here are 5 things about me:
Born without a middle name. Josephine was given to me in High School.
I'm 5'1". Nothin' I can do about it.
When i was little I had an imaginary friend named Jessica.
Thinking about money makes me angry at everything.
I sing out loud to almost every song I listen to.
And then we became:

Mr & Mrs Eckstein
Dugan deployed to Afghanistan last spring and returned home a few months ago followed by our wedding on April 20, 2011. We live on an army base called Fort Drum in upstate New York. Our place isn't big, but it's our first home, and it's wonderful. We never have an empty day. We keep busy with sushi restaurants, decorating our home, walks in the evenings, Netflix and movies, scrap booking, yard sale wandering, and dinner together every night. We're never bored with each other.
We don't have much, but what we do have we are so grateful for. Both of us look forward to completing school together and moving closer to home after we can leave the Army behind. New York is beautiful, but it's nothing like Arizona. We don't know yet where we want to go just yet, but we know we want it to be closer to our friend and family back home. This life I live is wonderful. I fall asleep every night next to this great man and every night it feels unreal. Each day is a blessing and it is my bliss. This blog is about this life, these thoughts, this bliss.
